Head and neck: bright-blue with brown mixing; front of the neck similar to the breast.

Back and shoulders: bright-blue with golden-yellow mixing; golden-yellow abundantly present on the back.

Saddle-hackle: bright-blue with brownish-yellow mixing; clearly marking not desired. 

Tail: bright-blue, some white at the base of the main-sickles is permitted.

Primary-flights: bright-blue.

Secondary-flights: inner-vane bright-blue, outer-vane light-yellow forming a light-yellow wing-triangle when the wing is closed.

Breast: bright-blue.

Belly, thighs and rear-part: bright-blue.

Down: grey

Note

Golden-yellow maybe under the influence of blue-dilution slightly lighter.

Serious faults

Absence of brown in head, neck- and saddle-hackle. Absence of marking in the outer-vane of the secondary-flights. Too dark or irregular blue color. Black or white feather-parts where blue is required.

Serious faults occur to a lesser extent. Too much white in the tail.

Head and neck: bright-blue with a cream to light golden-brown blurred feather-edge which does not enclose; front of the neck similar to the breast.

Back, wing-coverts and saddle: cream to light golden-brown with some bright-blue mixing.

Tail: steering-feathers bright-blue; coverts cream to light golden- brown with bright-blue mixing.

Primary-flights: bright-blue.

Secondary-flights: inner-vane bright-blue, outer-vane cream to light golden-brown with some bright-blue mixing.

Breast: cream to light golden-brown, feather-vein is slightly lighter and clearly distinguishable.

Belly, thighs and rear-part: cream to light golden-brown with some dark-gray mixing on the rear-part.

Down: grey.
