Head: golden-bay.
Crest and beard: gold with crescent-spangles.
Hackles, back, shoulders and wing-bows: golden-bay, each feather ending in a elongated V-shaped black spangle, proportional in size to the feather.
Tail: main-feathers entirely black or black with golden-bay at the base; sickles golden-bay with a black strong crescent-spangle at the tip, transitioning into a narrow lacing along the feather, black sickles are permitted.
Wing-bars: deep golden-bay, each feather ending in a glossy green-black large crescent-spangle, resulting in two distinct green-black bars across the wing.
Wing-flights: golden-bay with a green-black crescent-spangle at the feathertips; some transition from crescent to lacing permitted.
Front of neck, breast and belly: golden-bay, each feather ending in a glossy green-black crescent-spangle.
Flanks and thighs: similar to the breast, but the feathering below is predominant black.
Fluff: almost entire black with some brown tinge.
Down: dark-grey.
