Secondary-flights: outer-web base white, the other half warm deep-red with a white lace, which widens at the tip; inner-web white with a narrow buff lace.
Saddle-hackle: similar to the neck-hackle but each feather with a warm deep-red elongated centre.

Serious faults
Breaking through of the middle-stripe on the tip of hackle feathers. Uneven ground-color or a tint deviating from warm deep-red . Light shafts. Much too wide lacing. Narrow red lace around the white lacing. Poorly defined and interrupted lacing. Very irregular lacing. Much red in the sickles. Complete white feathers on flanks and thighs. Black in wing-flights and tail main-feathers. Strongly deviating color from the white lace. Complete or partly black feathers.
