Head: silver-white.

Neck: hackle silvery-white; narrow grey shaft- stripes in the lower half of the hackle are permitted but not desired.

Back, shoulders and wing-arch: silvery-white.

Saddle: hackle silvery-white.

Tail: steering-feathers black; sickles and coverts green-glossy black.

Wing:  bow black, wing-bar green-glossy black.

Primary-flights: black with a narrow white edge along the outer-vane.

Secondary-flights: inner-vane black, outer-vane white, forming a white wing-triangle when the wing is closed.

Breast: green-glossy black.

Belly, thighs and rear-part: black.

Down: greyish.

Serious faults

Yellow tint in neck- and saddle-hackle. Rust-brown or red on the shoulders. Excessive white in breast, belly and thighs. White in tail. Excessive stripes hackles.

Serious faults occur to a lesser extent. Incomplete white wing-triangle.

Color and pattern female

Head: silvery white.

Neck: hackle silvery white, each feather in the lower half of the hackle with a narrow black shaft-stripe, running parallel to the edge, ends in a point near the tip; front of the neck similar to the breast.

Back, bow, wing-coverts and saddle-cushion: silver-grey with dark grey peppering, the peppering forms narrow lines running parallel to the feather edge; minimal light-colored veins permitted but not desirable.

Primary-flights: black-grey with a narrow grey-white outer-vane.

Secondary-flights: outer-vane similar to the back; inner-vane greyish-white.

Tail: steering-feathers black with the exception of the upper ones, which like the coverts are light-grey with fine dark-grey peppering.

Breast: salmon, transitioning to light grey at the thighs; veins salmon.

Belly, thighs and rear-part: ash-grey.

Down: greyish.

Serious faults

Red or rust on wings. Brown sheen on back, saddle-cushion and wing-flights. Light veins. Yellowish tint in the neck-hackle.

Faults

Serious faults occur to a lesser extent. Light veins in the breast.
