Head: silvery-white.

Neck- and saddle-hackle: silvery white with a glossy black shaft-stripe.

Back, shoulders and wing-arch: silvery-white.

Tail: main-feathers, sickles and by-sickles black.

Wings: front and bar black, flights greyish black with a narrow greyish-white lacing on the outer vane.

Breast: black, each feather with a white vein and a fine silvery-white lacing., extending as low as possible, feather-vein whitish.

Thighs, flanks, belly and fluff: very dark gray with silver lacing

Down: grey, turning white to the skin.

Insufficient shaft striping on the hackles. Insufficient lacing on the breast feathers.
