Head: white.
Neck: hackle white, each-feather with a medium-wide bright-blue shaft-stripe, surrounded by a narrow silver-white lace running around the tip; front of the neck white.
Back, shoulders and saddle-hackle: white, below the neck-hackle blue and white.
Tail: main-feathers bright-blue; support-feathers bright-blue with white lacing; sickles and coverts bright-blue; smaller-coverts with narrow silver-white lacing.
Wings: front white, may be partly bright-blue; coverts white.
Primary-flights: bright-blue with white lace on the outside of the outer-web.
Secondary-flights: inner-web bright-blue with white lace running around the tip; outer-web white, forming a complete white wing when it is closed.
Breast, flanks, thighs, belly and fluff: white.
Down: white, light grey permitted.
Serious Faults
Insufficient or broken shaft-stripes in the neck-hackle. White in the sickles. Presence of bright-blue in areas that should be white. Shaft-stripes in the saddle-hackle. Strong yellow tint in the ornamental feathers.
Faults
Serious faults to a lesser degree. Insufficient pattern in tail support-feathers and wing-flights. Presence of entire black or partial black feather patches in blue. A much too dark or much too light blue color.
