Color and pattern male

Head: creamy-white.

Neck- and saddle-hackle: creamy-white to straw-yellow with some bright-blue shaft-stripes in the lower half; front of the neck bright-blue.

Back, shoulder and wing-arch: almost silvery-white with some light-red tinge.

Tail and sickles: bright-blue; upper steering-feathers bright-blue partially laced with white.

Wing-bar: bright blue.  

Primary-flights: blue with a narrow white lace on the outer vane.

Secondary-flights: inner-vane blue, outer-vane white, with a narrow red lace between the white and blue forming a white wing-triangle with a narrow red lace when the wing is closed.

Breast, flanks and  thighs: bright-blue.

Belly and rear-part: blue to greyish.

Down: white to light blue-grey.

Serious faults

Excessive white on the breast, belly and thighs. Excessively dark-red color on the shoulders. Insufficient pattern on the shoulders. Red on the neck-hackle. Little pattern on the secondary-flights.

Faults

The above serious faults to a lesser extent. Irregular blue color. Many black feathers where they should be blue.

Color and pattern of the female

Head and neck-hackle: soft salmon-pink, each feather broad salmon-pink  and a light flour-colored lace and vein; some blue tips at the bottom of the hackle; front of the neck creamy-white.

Back, shoulder and saddle: salmon, each feather with a lighter lacing and vein.

Tail: steering-feathers blue with a salmon lace, the upper ones on both sides salmon with faintly peppering with greyish-blue; coverts similar to the saddle.                                                                                                                                            faintly peppering with greyish-black

Wings: coverts similar to the back.

Primary-flights: outer-vane soft salmon; inner-vane mixed in with blue.

Secondary-flights: outer-vane soft salmon; inner- vane blue.

Breast, flanks, thighs, belly and rear-part: creamy-white.

Down: white to light blue-grey.

Serious faults

Uneven salmon color. Rust. Complete absence of lighter lacing and vein on the shoulder.

Faults

Slightly uneven feather-color. Little pattern on the shoulder. Irregular blue color. Many black feathers where they should be blue.
