Color and pattern male

Head: silvery white.

Neck: hackle glossy vibrant silvery-white; front of the neck similar to the breast.

Back, shoulders, wing-arch, saddle-hackle and breast: glossy silvery-white.

Wing-bar: silvery-white, inner-web faintly transverse pencilled.

Primary-flights: inner-web black, outer-web silvery-white.

Secondary-flights: inner-web silvery-white black transverse pencilled, outer-web silvery-white except the tip where the pencilling continues.

Tail: steering-feathers black; sickles and coverts green-glossy black with a narrow, sharply defined silvery-white lacing.

Breast,flanks, thighs and belly: warm silvery-white, flanks show some black pencilling.

Rear-part: blackish-grey.

Down: light-grey.

Note 

Hen-feathered males correspond entirely in color and pattern females.

Serious faults

Yellowish tinge in hackles. Rust on shoulders. Black specks on breast, belly, thighs, and wing coverts. Too broad or very irregular lacing of sickles or tail-coverts. Absence of  sickle lacing.

Neck: hackle silvery-white, some penciling allowed at base of the hackle; front of the neck similar to the breast, but slightly less strongly pencilled .

Back: silvery-white, each feather with green-glossy black fine straight tranverse pencilling, slightly wider than those of silvery-white.

Shoulders, wing-coverts and saddle: silvery-white, each feather with green-glossy black fine straight tranverse pencilling, approximately as wide as those of silvery-white. 

Primary- and secondary-flights: warm golden-yellow, with straight green-glossy black tranverse pencilling, slightly wider than as those of silvery-white.

Tail: steering-feathers and coverts warm golden-yellow, each feather with green-glossy black fairly finely and straight transverse pencilling, slightly wider than as those of golden-yellow; coverts warm golden-yellow; each feather with green-glossy black fine straight tranverse pencilling, slightly wider than as those of golden-yellow.

Breast, flanks and thighs: similar to the shoulders, pencilling on the breast should retain as much as possible towards the top and not fade out too strongly.

Belly and rear-part: warm golden-yellow with black pencilling or peppering.

Down: blue-grey.

Serious faults

Ground-color uneven, much too light or much too dark. Coarse or very irregular pencilling. Insufficient colour depth and sharpness of the pencilling. Insufficient pencilling on the breast. Pencilling extending too high into the neck-hackle.

Faults

Serious faults to a lesser degree. Ground-color in the pencilling.

 

 

Breast: silver-white; each feather clearly marked with fine, straight, transverse green-black bars, approximately equal in width to the ground-colour bands. The pattern should retain the same character as much as possible towards the upper part and not fade too significantly.

 

Wings: wing coverts and wing bars vivid silver-white; each feather finely and straightly marked with transverse green-black bars, slightly wider than the intervening ground-colour bands;

primary and secondary flight feathers silver-white, finely and straightly marked with transverse green-black bars, slightly wider than the intervening ground-colour bands.

 

Back: silver-white; each feather finely and straightly marked with transverse green-black bars, slightly wider than the intervening ground-colour bands.

Tail: main tail feathers silvery-white, each feather

 

marked with fairly fine, straight transverse green-black bars, slightly wider than the intervening bars of the ground color; tail coverts silvery-white; each feather marked with fine, straight transverse green-black bars, slightly wider than the intervening bars of the ground color.

 

Belly and thighs: silvery-white with black peppering or markings.

 

Down color: light gray.

 

Serious faults

 

Yellowish tint in the ground color; coarse or very irregular penciling; insufficient color depth and sharpness of the penciling; insufficient penciling on the breast; penciling extending too high up the neck hackle.
