Blue lemon-partridge
Color and pattern male
Head: Orange.
Neck: Neck hackle transitioning from top to bottom from light orange to light golden yellow; a slightly lighter color is permitted. Each feather features a bright blue shaft stripe. No high demands are placed on the sharpness of the markings or the intensity of the shaft stripe. The shaft stripe, if present, ends in a point close to the end of the feather; feathers on the front of the neck are bright blue.
Shoulders: Warm orange to warm light orange.
Back: Warm orange to warm light orange
Saddle: Saddle hackle from light orange to golden yellow with more or less distinct blue shaft stripe markings. A slightly deeper shade in the saddle hackle than in the neck hackle is permitted. The absence of saddle markings is not considered a fault.
Tail: tail feathers bright blue; sickles, secondary sickles, and tail coverts bright blue.
Wings: shoulder bright blue; wing band bright blue. Major flight feathers: bright blue with a light brown edge along the outer vane. Minor flight feathers: inner vane bright blue; outer vane cream transitioning to light brown towards the feather tip, so that when the wing is closed, the wing triangle is almost entirely cream with a visible light brown edge on the upper side.
Breast: bright blue.
Belly, abdomen, and thighs: bright blue.
Down color of all feather groups: grayish.
Serious faults
Color too light or too dark in the neck, the so-called gliders. White in sickles, tail, and flight feathers. Excessive markings in breast, belly, and thighs. Rusty blue; much too dark blue.
Faults
Other, minor deviations in color and markings.. Color too light or too dark. Slightly uneven blue color. Silver-white wing triangle

No high demands are placed on the sharpness of the markings or the intensity of the shaft stripe. The shaft stripe runs parallel to the feather edge and ends in a point close to the end of the feather. Front of the neck salmon-colored brown.
Shoulders, back, and saddle: grayish-yellow to grayish-light-yellow with fine, evenly distributed blue peppering.
Tail: tail feathers bright blue, with the exception of the upper ones, which, like the tail coverts, are grayish yellow with fine bright blue dots.
Wings: shoulder, wing band, and wing coverts similar to the shoulders.
Large flight feathers: bright blue with a narrow grayish-yellow outer vane.
Small flight feathers: outer vane similar to the shoulders, inner vane blue-gray.

Faults
Other, minor deviations in colour and pattern. Too light or too dark color. Slightly uneven blue colour. Slightly clumped peppering and light veins in the breast.
Note
A slightly light edging of back and wing coverts in the hen is permitted but not desired
