Color and pattern male

Head: creamy white.

Neck and saddle feathers: creamy white to straw yellow with some bright blue shaft striping in the lower half.

Front of the neck, breast, body, belly and  thighs: bright blue.

Back, shoulders and shoulder arch: almost silvery white with some light red tinge.

Tail and sickles: bright blue; upper steering-feathers bright blue, partially edged with white.

Wing-bar: bright blue.   

Primary-flights: blue with a narrow white edge on the outer vane.

Secondary-flights: inner vane blue, outer vane white, there is a narrow red edge between the white and blue feathers, forming a white wing-triangle with a narrow red edge when the wing is closed.

Belly: blue to grayish.

Down: white to light blue-gray.

Serious faults

Excessive white on the breast, belly and thighs, Excessively dark red color on the shoulders. Insufficient pattern on the shoulders, Red on the neck-hackle. Little pattern on the primaries.

Faults

The above serious faults to a lesser degree. Irregular blue color in the blue feather areas. Many black feather areas where they should be blue.

Color and pattern of the female

Head and neck-hackle: soft salmon-pink, each feather of the hackle has a broad salmon-pink feather color and a light flour-colored edge and shaft. Some blue feather tips are present at the bottom of the hackle; the front of the neck is creamy white.

Back, shoulders and saddle: salmon-colored, each feather has a lighter edge and shaft.

Tail: coverts similar to those of the saddle. Upper steering-feathers on both sides salmon-colored, faintly speckled with grayish-blue; other tail feathers blue with a salmon-colored edge.

Wings: coverts similar as the back.

Primary-flights: outer vane soft salmon; inner vane interspersed with blue.

Secondary-flights: outer vane soft salmon; inner vane blue.

Breast, body, thighs, belly and rear-part : creamy white.

Down: white to light blue-gray.

Legs and toes: yellow.

Serious faults

Uneven salmon color. Rust. Complete absence of lacing and light shafts on the shoulders.

Faults

Somewhat uneven feather color. Little blue on the shoulders. Irregular blue color in the blue feather areas. Many black feather areas where they should be blue.
